Since yesterday receive e-mails, cannot send message with attachment or forward/reply to messages-timeout error contacting SMTP server. Can send new email

Can send new mail with no attachemnts. Notice the following message in Error Console the moment i send.

Security Error: Content at moz-nullprincipal:{62f958dc-1b75-4c6c-9f06-29d7dccbe7f2} may not load or link to about:blank.

Have switched off Firewall / Virus program / compacted folders / Checked setting with ISP.
