I have switched to outlook.com yet I can't write or respond to any emails from Mozilla. If I use Chrome or Internet Explorer, Outlook.com behaves as expected and I can write and respond to emails. It will let me put the subject in but won't let me type anything in the body! Thanks

If you right on the box, and select the Inspect Element, do you see any scrip warnings that are orange?

If you Reset Firefox does this still happen? Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems
