Do you the root cause ? Since the diagram use Flash, so I guess the problem is caused by Flash. Or the programmer write bad source to lead to memory leak.

Hello chenhao_no1, in my xp no increases of memory ! Try to Turn off hardware acceleration and check it again.

Even if I disable "Turn off hardware acceleration", the memory still increase after I open http://finance.sina.com.cn. So I enable "hardware acceleration" again. Moreover, I use Opera(latest version) to open the http link, the memory still increase too. So I think the script in the web paper has memory leak.
I use "Simple China version" of FF (16.0.2).

Can you see a cause on the about:memory page?
Does it help to click the Minimize memory usage button at the bottom of that page.
The Flash plugin uses the plugin-container process, so any problems with Flash should affect the memory usage of that process.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Even if disable both "hardware acceleration" and "start FF in safe mode", the memory of FF is still increasing while I access http://finance.sina.com.cn (the web site shows realtime stock diagram). Memory does not increase while I access other web site. I install official FF 16.02 Simple Chinese version. So I think the web site has memory leak in their Flash Script.
