When menu bar is hidden, I cannot find the Tools option (and i.e. Session Manager plug-in options)

The new look where the menu bar is hidden, looks really nice. ...but I can't find the Tools option when the menu bar is hidden. Therefore I can't access plug-in options like Session Manager.

I would really like the Tools menu appearing i.e. below the Options in the Firefox 'start menu'.
