when I move the mouse to the top of the screen in full screen the bar thing shows up, this has caused issues and I want it to not do that, please tell me how to disable this

Hello,

There is no setting to change this.

An alternative to this is using PWA, by going to More tools > Create shortcut or Apps > Install this site as an app. once you have done this, you can open it like an app, and it will be a seperate window by itself.
