How do I change the color of the right click popup background and characters without affecting the theme?

When using Firefox and right-clicking is there a way to change the color and text of the pop up box? I do not want to change the theme I am using. The first picture is if I right click on the main screen of a website and the second is if I right click on the menu bar/toolbar. I simply want to change the color at the least of the first box into the second without going to a full dark theme or having the white backgrounds of web pages having to change to black. Thanks.

Very possibly.

This is a file you can add to format any part of the browser

For an example see the attached image of the right side of my toolbar on a Raspberry PI Fx 153.0.4
