You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

I have been using your browsers for years. No longer. Any time I can bad mouth you I will. You can take that to the bank.

Hi,

Please stay calm. To reply directly to some of your points: 1. I haven't installed anything to your device, and so has Firefox (which doesn't install anything automatically). 2. Web apps are regular tabs with limited interface, so I highly doubt they can be used as any kind of "spyware". 3. Some critical thinking before jumping to conclusions definitely won't hurt.

People here may be able to help you, though, if you share more details about what happened.
