FF keeps asking me to update, everytime I open it.

I am asked to update every time I open Firefox and that's been going on for a year. I have no idea what version I'm now using even though I have updated it numerous times.

Can you not see the version via [About Firefox]

Anyway if you click on Question Details on the right of this page it shows you are using version 153.0.3

And of course . . . how often do you open Fx .. . . it does update weekly . . or more

You can also maybe adjust the update option via your OS
