Why do I have to sign in to Gmail every time
Every time I open gmail I have to sign in. I would like my old gmail and firefox setting without problems.

When you say 'have to sign in' do you mean a click or entering a password
If the later then looks like your device is not remembering . . .
I have to enter my password. Thank you for your help.
Do you get an option to save the password, this usually happens?
If not maybe clear the cookies and site data for gmail and see if that helps.

Thank you Amoun, I did this but then microsoft just created an app for Gmail and i use that without any problems. Thank you for your help. Edward.
