On Thunderbird, repeat message saying SMTP server not working. It is fine for webmail and iPhone

For five or so days, when I go to send an email on my iMac, I get a message saying SMTP server won't send it. If I go to webmail, it sends, and if I use my iPhone it sends. Rogers/shaw has walked me through testing and nothing is wrong their end. Is anyone else having this problem?

Posting complete text of error message and a screenshot of the SMTP server settings pane may help. Thank you

Thanks David. The weird thing is that I have another email on this server and the settings are identical. That one is sending messages. Attaching pics: Note that it makes no difference if I use mail.shaw.ca or smtp.shaw.ca. The other email that is working has a separate inbox on Thunderbird and the smtp.shaw.ca server. All five of my emails that are not sending are using the same inbox.
