On my laptop I have found that there are some sites (particularly bank or credit card sites) that come up with a page that say

Your browser is unsupported

Your browser is not compatible with our website. Please update your browser in order to be able to login to your account. For more information on browser compatibility, please visit our Security Statement. Download Chrome, Firefox, Safari or a newer version of Internet Explorer for an optimal experience. After updating it says the same thing. This has also happened with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone even after updating and rebooting.
