I cannot open one link to one particular article. I can open the website itself.
Quantum 63.0.3 Win10
I was reading at the Daily Beast. They make you turn off your adblocker, so I did that. Then I tried to open to the specific article in another tab that also had Adblock Plus off.
The article flashes for a split second and then goes white - blank.
I have never experienced this before. (Also tried IE, and the same thing happened w/a blank page.) It cannot possibly be that the word "penis" is used in a story about a serial pedophile, could it?
I cleared cache and tried it 3 consecutive times. The page "flashes" but quickly disappears.
Thank you.

There are several web page controls on the toolbar. One is the page reloader. The second is the stop loading. The reloader looks like an arrow in a circle. The other an X. Some toolbars will display one or the other depending on if the page is currently loading or has been loaded.

I had the same problem. Even with my ad-blocker turned off. The page displays and then goes blank.
I was finally able to see the page by; Loading the webpage, then pressing the X on the toolbar (Not the 'close window' X) at just the right moment.
I think there is a problem with the page itself.
The problem is there even using Safe Mode.
I don't have any idea where you find an X to press in the toolbar.
Will write to DB when I can.
Thank you for trying and concluding, FredMcD,

On the outside! Of course.
I wrote to tech support to tell them about the page.
Thank you.
