Cannot save bookmarks.
I've tried deleteing places.squite and hell, even reinstalling firefox. But I can't save bookmarks. Everytime I click bookmark button, nothing happens. All bookmark related add-ons also don't work.

Try disabling all your add-ons. Does that star button on top when clicked turn blue?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

After reinstalling firefox, I've tried it without addons. And no, It doesn't turn blue.

The problem still persists along with the red bar saying that bookmarks do not work.
