Netskope dialog box never goes away

A dialog box keeps asking me to "restart Firefox to complete Netskope Client Configuration" never goes away. Clicking either the X or OK restarts Firefox but the Netskope dialog box returns. Why is this happening and how do I fix this? Thanks

First, totally remove Netskope. Then get the full current installer.

I think that's a great idea, but I don't know where it is so that I can remove it. It's not in the list of add-ons or extensions. Any suggestions?

Nevermind, I found it in my installed programs in the control panel. I'll remove it there and see if that solves the problem.
