I have a 2nd laptop that I need to sync for my passwords and bookmarks, everytime I try to sync it says incorrect password, when I know it's correct. then locks me out after a few attempts but it works fine on the main laptop! Please, I need help! thank you

Just now I recreated my firefox login password and re-logged into the firefox account. After synchronization, I did not find my bookmarks and saved logins. Could you please help me troubleshoot the problem? Password synchronization is turned on, and I can't see the synced password on the other machine, but I can see the synced bookmarks。As shown in the image, password synchronization is turned on。Hope to get help, thank you all.

This is the first time I've ever written to you about anything, but I don't know what to do next

I have an account [I think it's a mozilla account, not exclusively for firefox] but I think instead of using the one account, there might be one or two devices signed into another account. I have multiple domains and I think an account for my email address on two of them: [edited] @incorrigo.com and [edited] @incorrigo.me

Now I've added a new domain to my project, and purchased a decent SSL certification: [edited] @incorrigo.io

What I want to ask you is: - do I have two accounts running with the two email addresses above? + if yes, are they configured to work together in such a way that no action from me is needed? + if yes, can they be merged to create one new account: [edited] @incorrigo.io [provided that I can clear security for both existing accounts] + if they can't be merged into a new account, what do I need to do in order to go about doing this myself? - can you give me more information? that's specific to: (a)sync tabs / settings across devices; (b) saving my bank card details so they can be used without having to go and find my bank card [which is in safe keeping somewhere for me]; (c) saving various login, password, session details; my personal privacy [client-side]

I understand that this is probably an unusual problem but if I can merge and recover such details [you don't even need to create a new account, if I could just import what I need from the least-used one, into the most-used one]

There are a number of devices that I am logged in on, and I'm sure that [edited] @incorrigo.com or [edited] @incorrigo.me is signed into quite a few places. I don't mind any active logins, I just want to know which account appears to get used the most so that I can grab any settings I get from the other one and then delete any un-necessary / redundant accounts / data

I have reset the account accidentally to recover my password all the data is lost. Could you please change the data back to my old copy on server please. I don't have a local copy of the data

Fix the problem your latest install caused. Today's update has resulted in the following error: Platform version 110.0.1 is not compatible with mini-Version > = 111.0 and maxi-Version < = 111.0 The result is I can no longer access the internet through Firefox.

Hello. I just set up a self hosted firefox-syncserver on my homeserver.

I created a virtual host on nginx which looks something like this: firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com and have a mariadb database as the backend. In about:config on firefox, I then set the identity.sync.tokenserver.uri to https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5.

Everything seems to work fine, but I still have some questions which I did not find an answer to online.

   Since I have this public accesspoint for my syncserver now, can not anyone just use it? What stops them from using my url (https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5) in their about:config?

   What is the SYNC_MASTER_SECRET for which I set to a 256-bit random key?

   When I navigate to https://firefox-syncserver.mydomain.com/1.0/sync/1.5 in my browser, why does it say {"status":"error","errors":[{"location":"body","name":"","description":"Unauthorized"}]}

I would really appreciate a good answer, as I could not find anything good about these points online.

A recently added computer's Firefox is not available on the "Send Tab To Device" list.

Both computers are logged into my Firefox account and Firefox is syncing. The new computer populated with my extensions and other synced data. The new computer shows the old computer in it's Send Tab list, but the old computer does not have the new computer's Firefox name in the Send Tab list.

On both computers, I can go to the menu / Manage Account and see the list "Connected Services - Everything you are using and signed into." On both computers, I can see the other computer's Firefox name in the list, and it reports "synced a few seconds ago".

But when I use the context menu and try to send a tab under "Send Tab To Device" the new computer is not on the list.

This article does not discuss this situation. For the case of "I don’t see my device listed" it just says "Sign In", but that has already been completed and is working on both systems.

My service provider has deleted my Firefox Primary Email Address, so now I cannot sync, add another device, import bookmarks, etc., because I am unable to receive the code emailed to a deleted email address. I refreshed Mozilla Firefox because reCAPTCHA was not working client side. Doing this fixed that. HOWEVER, my passwords did not carry over. I had them Synced and everything, but upon refreshing Firefox they are all gone. I need them stored in Firefox or I will not be able to login to any of my accounts. The sync function seems to not be working either (unless I am using it wrong). Most were securely generated passwords. Not memorable ones.

I saw that refreshing would remove certain things like extensions, but it said it would keep bookmarks, passwords, etc. I have my booksmarks, just zero passwords. HELP!

I need them for work today. Can you assist please!?

I recently wanted to switch to using Firefox passwords from LastPass. I imported my passwords from LastPass into Firefox Browser on my personal Laptop. I have enabled password sync, besides all other things. Yet the passwords do not seem to be syncing. I have been trying multiple things since yesterday, but nothing seems to fix the issue, like logging out and logging back in, trying to manually sync etc. This seems like a bug to me.

I wanted to start using Firefix passwords on my Android device as well, but this issue is making it difficult for me. Please look into this issue asap.

I have a firefox account for a while, where I save everything. Today I had to format my computer because he had a problem, and when I downloaded Firefox to use it and put my account it looks empty.

Nothing is synced, I don't have any favorites passwords and etc, and even my account looks empty without any info into it.

I checked if it was another email but none of them are, this is the only one I already have account and checked my emails from before and this is the correct one, please I depend a lot on this account and really need it back.
