the email address you show on the security toolbar settings is not my email and hasn't been for over 18 months. how do I set up the correct one? and why is it

Doesn't sound like a standard part of Firefox. Maybe it's an add-on?

Can you provide a screenshot of that security toolbar settings window?

It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
