Only the subject shows up above the line. MattAuSupport said to right click the folder, select properties and repair. But what folder are you talking about? Where will I find it?

To answer your question, it would be the folder that you are complaining about. So back to you, What folder are you having problems with? The Sent folder? Then that would be the one to right click to repair. It is kind of like flat tires. You repair the one the air came out of.
