how to solve problems with downloading updates?

When i try to update the phone manualy I indicated that there was an error when looking for updates. Besides, the update for marketplace no download, as well there was an error.

Have you tried to do a full install?

The marketplace download/ install error is a known bug. If this isn't what your issue is, please elaborate on the problem you are having.
