Hello,

As per the release notes of FirefoxOS 1.1 the Russian locale is supported. So, you wouldn't need to add a keyboard separately. Can you please confirm what is the issue you are seeing when you try to select the locale as Russian? Are you not able to view the Russian keyboard?
