l was told to update java so l did my java was downloaded correctly , but when l opened firefox and then open my fav tab pogo .. l tried to play a game but as soon as l tried firefox closed down ... what is the problem and how can l fix this

Do you see a possibly colored plugin button on the left hand side of the location bar to indicate that plugin are detected?

Did Firefox crash and possibly submitted a crash report?

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
