Tube Enchancer Plus Not working

so I just download Youtube Enhancer. And it worked for a few videos now it's not working at all it won't pop up it won't auto switch to HD and it won't skip Ad's and it won't do anything. I only have Lastpass and Downthemall. Is one of them not compatible or something? I also Have HP Smart Printing and Realplayer bowser record Plugin and RealDownload. those are disabled. So I don't know why it worked well on like one or two videos then it stopped working at all. I checked and it not disabled. I also tried reinstalling and that din't work either

Add-on developers are supposed to support what they create. Those of us doing Firefox support here help out when we are familiar with a particular add-on, but overall this forum isn't intended for add-on support.
