When you drag an image, it will be faded out from where your mouse was when you dragged it. I want to be able to see the whole picture, no fade. But I still need to be able to drag the image itself. I've looked at nglayout.enable_drag_images in the config, but it just stops me from being able to drag the image at all.

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is a way to do this... Most operating systems fade items when they are being dragged, and I don't know if there is a way to counteract that without custom code to handle drag and drop.
