Operating system crashed. Had to reinstall OS. Are our bookmarks saved anywhere with Firefox or our online back up system, Carbonite, to "download" ??

Were you using Firefox Sync?

Did you have Carbonite set up to backup Firefox data?
You would need to have saved places.sqlite or the bookmarks-yyyy-mm-dd.json file from the Firefox Profile folder.
