When trying to load a website since updating to 6.0.1 Firefox runs INCREDIBLY slowly and the pages take a long time to load. Is this a problem for others?

Since updating to 6.0.1, Firefox runs incredibly slowly when trying to load any page. The whole program kind of just freezes up for a minute or so with every link that I click.

I've tried disabling all my add ons and plugins, but that hasn't made any difference.

Did you make any drastic changes to your PC before upgrading to 6.0.1? If not maybe you could do a clean install of Firefox then see what happens. Remember to save your bookmarks, settings, etc. first before uninstallling.

What security software is on that PC?

Some Firefox users have reported problems with a ZoneAlarm utility causing slowness in Firefox.
