revising a ebay item in firefox keeps asking for login screen over and over

when I try to revise an item in ebay I am selling , firefox asks for a log in detail for ebay , i put in the detail but then instead of going to revise it just keeps going back to log in again and I cant continue. this does not happen every time but it happens often. so then I have to use IE to do my ebay revision, IE does not even ask for the log in when I revise I have no trouble, but firefox is my preferred browser.

  • Go to your concerned website
  • Right-click empty space within the page and click View Page Info
  • In the Page Info window, select the Permissions panel
  • Under Load Images , Open Pop-up windows, Set Cookies options, place/remove Checkmark on Use Default and change the setting to Allow
  • Close the Page Info window

Check and tell if its working.

thanks tried that but still no good , still keeps asking for the sign in again I did have cookies allowed in the options as well.

thanks did all that and it does work ....I have done that previously and it worked so really I was hoping to find some sort of reason / fix so that I do not have to do all the clearing of everything each time it happens as I should not have to do that all the time. appreciate the help if you know of a permanent fix please let me know
