I had a box come and say this version of firefox won't work with my HP C6200 printer. Last 4 days or so and was never like this before. Any fixes? Have I inadvertently caused myself a problem. I updated firefox and will try to update HP, my impression was that it was the fox. FYI, don't know. Thanks! Jim Printer prints test page fine.

Was that message about the HP Smart Web Printing program not being compatible with Firefox 3.6?

Known issue. HP hasn't updated that program beyond the Firefox 3.5 versions. That application not working shouldn't keep your printer from working with Firefox 3.6.

Printer works properly when printing from hotmail on explorer and with hotmail on Firefox it acts like it will print and shoots through blank!
