Yes as Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

Mozilla has recently extended the Firefox 115 ESR updates (based on the old Fx 115.0 Release) till March 2027 yet Chrome/Chromium based browsers dropped support for the EOL Windows 7, 8, 8.1 back in early 2023.
