How do I get the menu icon with its 3 little bars to show up in the upper right corner of my IPhone? If I can get these 3 little bars to come up will this page look like the on on my PC? I am especially looking for the "Settings" feature.

I think it's a three-dot menu on iPhone, and it's not necessarily in the top right corner.
