I cannot log into my credit union web site. Why

I have an iMac and it will not log into our credit union's web site. When I goo to the log in and enter my password and such, and click on log in, nothing happens. I have a Mac Book Air with Firefox on it and it works fine. So does my wife's laptop. But my iMac doe snot work. I can use Safari to log in but not Firefox. Very annoying since I use Firefox all the time.
