Dear Madam or Sir,

The outgoing mail cant be sent with attachments if it's greater than 5MB at every time and it has error popup as I have attached in this mail. But it doesnt have such issue if I login https://outlook.office365.com with the same account in ThunderBird and send over here. Please clarify if I need to modify something in ThunderBird.' You can reach out to me via ThunderBird

What server is encountering the error? That message does not say, which leads me to think the "server" might be your antivirus product. Do you have something scanning outgoing mail?

Thanks for response Matt, could you please advise how to check server info locally? My laptop only has Windows security center, no other 3rd party anti-virus app installed.
