Screen stutter after nothing update on screen for a bit

After letting Firefox idle for a bit (like 5 seconds) and nothing playing on the screen, when I come back, it causes screen stuttering for my whole desktop. Disabling hardware hardware acceleration doesn't help much.

OS: Arch Linux x86_64 Kernel: Linux 6.14.5-arch1-1 Display (CMN1521): 1920x1080 @ 144 Hz in 15" [Built-in] WM: Hyprland 0.49.0 (Wayland) CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H (20) @ 4.70 GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Mobile [Discrete]
