Windw 11 Desk Top crash
1. i believe ur updating crashes my window 11 desk top
2. While i'm watching youtube, doing word processing (.txt) or when i set the PC to 'Sleep' mode,
my screen either freezes w the display or turns black. In both cases, my mouse and keyboard
won't work. Thus, i have to re-boot to fix. Even Control-Alternate-Delete won't work to get out
3. Request not to keep on showing your pop-up window at top RH corner saying:
Update Available
Download the latest ...
<Download> <Dismiss>
Hey, either one of those two buttons won't stop blocking my top RH corner of the screen. It's rediculous.
Even after i hit <Download>, the same pop-up shows up again n again. Same w <Dismiss>.
Just remind me once per week. And don't crash my PC!!!
4. There is no 'Community' info on this annoying update pop-up problem. Just stop it!

What? No screenshot of the error or posting of error reporting for those that know how to look at error reporting to know what is going on.

There's no message on my PC screen when it crashes. The scrn is either all black or w the display frozen. The mouse's cursor disappears when the display freezes n so is the keybrd. Of course, when it's black screen, there's no way 2C the cursor or any effect of my KB.
If u there exist a CPU crash history trace, just let me know how and i'll do the screen shot AFTER a crash n reboot. I don't know if Mr. HellGaites/Mr. PillBaites let us go into the MS command mode anymore. But perhaps u can figure dattto outtto. I'm just a dumb end-user of his significut, nut(not) magnificat software.
2. Remove the Firefox Update Pop Window:
And pls remove this constant bagering of Firefox update pop window. Just ask once/week when i hit <dismiss> button. I still dink this updating request has the crash cause. It forces me to reboot for FF to update regardless of which button, <uload> or <dismiss> i click.
If u kant solve it, escalate this case to higher tech level, including ur marketing dept. It doesn't do this crash for my other browsers. I like FF bc. the book mark is vertical, nut horizontal scroll, scroll, scrolling w no search on those marks i made.
3. Lose Current Bookmarks after the crash, kant restore the screen either
The Firefox must update my BM periodically, perhaps once/hr. On my crash 3 - 5 days ago, the marks were like 1 or 2yrs old. I dink now, it's like a few days old and i didn't c the fresh ones i've marked. So the fix is only 1/2 baked bug fix.
Pls read the above 3 items individually n carefully. i put a signifiCut amt of thoughts n typing time for the above. Escalate the case. I dink there is a team already solving this problem in ur company. And i did contribute though a shmall amout of ur recent Mozzilla request.
