Does the privacy related concerns regarding the 'AI chatbot' differentiate when: selected, expanded and/or opened

"Explaination:" I was wondering if the AI chatbot that I selected(no specific one) could only be 'potentially' harmful for my privacy when it is in fact opened.

The steps i take so u get what i mean:

  1. Expand sidebar
  2. 'click' on the chosen AI chatbot (ChatGPT in my case)
  3. The chatbot opens up next to the sidebar (you can now use it for sending prompts etc.)

So: If i have an AI chatbot selected, but i have neither the sidebar expanded nor opened the chatbot itself should I still have to be concerned about the same privacy concerns as when it is actually openend

If the AI chatbot is not opened and is only selected without an active session, it is unlikely to pose the same privacy concerns as when it is actively in use. Privacy risks usually arise when the chatbot is open and processing inputs. However, background data collection policies depend on the platform, so checking privacy settings is always a good idea.
