Can you provide the URL of this website and a screenshot?
I have this issue too when "Enhanced tracking protection" is on, as soon as I turn it off, I am able to login. I understand security issues but to my knowledge, that setting is for advertising. My local credit union does not have any advertisers on their site, so I cant understand why this is an issue.
