I've made several screen shots.

first one is of file explorer with current data (document is "ambulance- x" i wanted to attach second one is of file explorer with incorrect data when I clicked 'attach' to get document third one is of actual display of message screen online that i used to send message. Firefox Browser doesn't help with explorer windows issue as that is a Microsoft product and that is whom you need to contact their support issues using the Windows explorer. For email attachment issues you need to contact your email provider for helping using their email system.
