Scrolling bug on firefox for android

I use a Xiaomi 14 Pro, and I experience this scrolling bug that is hard to describe in words so I will link to a video of the bug: https://youtu.be/HRzDgURdcoM?si=lGjBpWQBb8Gg-g8c

first half of the video is showing the bug on REGULAR firefox and the second half is to show that the bug exists on nightly too. How do i fix this? its REALLY getting to my nerves.
