When Outlook 365 email says" If there are problems with how this message is displayed, click here to open in browser". Click but Firefox fails to get email but shows message: File not found Firefox can’t find the file at /C:/Users/Martin Baker/AppData/Local/Microsoft/Windows/INetCache/Content.Outlook/XAIZC4CT/email.mht.

Is this a version of Outlook installed locally on your computer, or a version of Outlook you use on the web?

If it's the locally installed Outlook, it has a feature that can repackage the locally saved message as an MHTML file:

Unfortunately, there is a problem with your default application setting for those .mht files. They should be associated with a browser that knows how to show them, such as Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. They should not be associated with Firefox.
