Hi there, thank you for posting on the forum! There might be some settings that interfere with each other. First can you make sure that Mozilla VPN is allowed through your Firewall? I went on your security software providers support website and I found this article that might be helpful to you: https://support.eset.com/en/kb3190-firewall-filtering-modes-in-eset-windows-home-products Further, click the gear icon on the top right to reach the settings in the VPN and then navigate to Network. Inside you'll find a toggle for ""Allow Local Network Access"" which should enabling this option should improve the experience you've encountered.
