I’ve the Movzilla VPN app and subscribed to the service. After I subscribed it prompted me to sign-in again and then prompted me to subscribe again. When I tap continue IOS shows a pop-up notifying me that I’m already subscribed. When I tap continue on the IOS pop-up I only get the option to subscribe again.

I’ve tried this on both my iPhone and iPad. I’m on the latest IOS level for both.

Any ideas for what’s going on and how I can fix it?

Hello,

If your Mozilla VPN Firefox account is not being recognized when trying to log in go ahead and set Firefox as your default browser and try again. This could resolve your issue.

Go to vpn.mozilla.org and sign in to the Firefox account you used with your Mozilla VPN subscription. This will automatically add the device to your subscription. Then the application should work normally. You can have up to 5 devices on a single subscription.

If your issue persists, send us a support request through the Contact Support option found next to subscriptions in accounts.firefox.com.
