I can not do a video call on facebook with firefox works on chrome and edge but not with firefox. will not load and when it does and i hit start call nothing happens. I have it allow camera and microphone and it will not work i have closed all addon and still nothing . the only way i can do it it through messenger on the facebook page in firefox please help what is wrong why

and reinstall it
