How do I change the look of T-Bird 78.4 back to what it was before?

My Thunderbird just automatically updated to the new version 78.4.3 and it looks HORRIBLE.

How do you change it back to the way it looked before?

Why did you take out all the color and change all of the mail folders on the left to this God awful high contrast white with dark outline look? You also took away the ability to customize the toolbar that appears above the lower message pane. I had icons there that I use all the time, such as the "Tag" and the "Print / Print preview" drop down menus, and now they're gone. Why would you do that? How do I get them back?

The massage list also has smaller text now and more wasted space between the lines. The more compact version was way better. Fixing bugs and adding new features is great and all, but Why do you always change the way things look without giving us the option of keeping the old look that we like and are used to???

Same here, way too much bold text. If the email body isn't bold, why do the account labels need to be bold? Its distracting. Also none of my calendars work now. Would have appreciated a heads-up, as in "warning, this update will make you angry".
