Hi, I noticed that the new release of the Android Firefox browser doesn't support printing (and therefore save to pdf) anymore. Is it a known issue or is there anything that I am missing?

To cbitner: During the period I was experiencing my great upset with the Mozilla Firefox developers for making sudden and in this case thoughtless and unnecessary change to a program or application, I briefly tried other web browsers. As I did this, I came to realize that I had a lot of time and learning invested in Firefox and that each browser has its fine points and its bad points, limitations, and irritations. So, I decided to stick with Firefox and find a workaround. But this "solution" to this sudden and pretty upsetting situation probably has more to do with my own disposition and philosophy than with what is the most correct and proper response to someone doing something that I think is wrong or not helpful. I don't expect either politicians or software developers to always do the right thing. If they do something good, I am at happy for that. When they do something bad, well, what can you expect? They may have even thought they were doing something good. But everybody has their limitations, including me. So I make the best of it and try to go on. There is a lot of living to be done. I don't want to spend too much time worrying and fretting over the small things. Sorry for getting philosophical, but that happens.

I have still not seen a comprehensible, offical sounding, reason for the "save to pdf" function vanishing???

I love this browser, related products and community, it was Netscape when I first found it, but this removal of one of the most useful functions without much offical discussion smacks of the kind of behind the scenes behaviour in was created to free ourselves from.

The function has existed for years, grew to be the single most important function I used, and now no answer ... even if it's political or legal pressure related to IP etc. Just tell us what happened to "save to pdf" in Firefox Android.
