My printer Brother MFC-5490CN does not work. When I try to printer an email there appears in Spanish the following text " Es posible que estés utiilizando una extensión que bloquea las ventanas emergentes. Haz clic en Aceptar para permitir las ventanas emergentes durant la sesión actual." When I clic on Aceptar, nothing happens.

My printer Brother MFC-5490CN does not work. Do you have an adblocker or anything? I'd try turning it off temporarily and then trying to print to see if the pop up dialog DOES appear.
