Some e-mails never reach me. IF I have a juke/spam folder, how do I access it?

I recently ordered some theatre tickets for an up coming bash, asking that the tickets be sent by e-mail. This was four days ago. No tickets have arrived so contacted the theatre by phone. They have my booking and this would be adequate to get into the bash. It's not the first time this has happened. Can anyone help?

Thunderbird has a junk folder, not a spam folder. Other wise try logging into your web mail and checking there. Some providers filter spam and do not offer it to pop clients
