Trying to change my Lockwise password on my desktop, my old password is deemed to be too short despite working to log me in.

Does anyone have any ideas please? I log in to Lockwise with a 5 digit password but when I enter that as my old password on trying to change it, I am told it is too short. So I am stuck. Thank you, Peter

Hi peter106, Instead of selecting Change Master Password, try de-selecting Use Master Password. You will be required to enter your MP and your password will be removed. Then, select Use Master Password again, and create a new Master Password.
