On Android, Firefox keeps closing my private browsers without asking.

When I open a few private tabs on FF and leave them for a while, when I come back to them, they are gone. Is there a way to change that?

I generally don't experience that. Though if anything kills the Firefox process the private browsing information will be destroyed. Some common ways Firefox can be killed are

  • If you swipe close Firefox
  • If you use a task manager to kill Firefox
  • If you go into the Android Application settings and select Force Stop
  • If Google Play updates Firefox ( rare 6 - 8 weeks between updates)
