Only half of folders migrated from comcast. Tried "subscribe" but doesn't work.

Just set up Thunderird. Hotmail account works great; all folders migrated. Comcast however is a problem. Only half the folders came over. I try to "subscribe", hit "refresh", etc. but nothing seems to get the rest of these folders over. Seems odd that only a few were migrated. Any help on this?

when you attempt to subscribe, are the folder shown?

Did you create the account as POP by accident?

Right click the account in the folder pane and select settings. what is the account type shown at the top of the account settings?

Hi and thanks for your response! I didn't "create" the account; Thunderbird set everything up. It is imap, not POP. Yes, I can see all the folders. Some have boxes checked and these were copied over. The folders that did not come over are unchecked and no matter how many times I check them and hit "subscribe", the result is the same: they simply do not move over. I've hit "refresh" and rechecked these folder numerous times. They just don't move.
