I installed the French and Spanish dictionaries on Thunderbird, but my default language is English.

However, after a certain amount of time, it changes to Spanish.

I've changed it back twice already, and it's currently behaving, but is there something more permanent?

I'm using Thunderbird on a Macbook Pro with macOS High Sierra (10.13.3).

I installed the French and Spanish dictionaries on Thunderbird, but my default language is English. However, after a certain amount of time, it changes to Spanish. we see that after updates there the machine locale and the language installed are not the same. It is a bug, but it has not yet been fixed apparently.
