So explain what is "little snitch"? And what site are you trying to get to?
I think it might mean that Little Snitch stored a specific detail about Firefox and after an update, its stored information doesn't match the newer version. I don't know whether Little Snitch needs to be told to trust the update or whether it's better to reinstall Firefox.
