i dont have norton safe site but its blocking pch.com this started about the same time as your up date. whats going on

Yes can see in your info that you do not have it. Did you ever have it ? If did maybe pieces left over. Which will need to be removed. This will find the left overs : https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

I have no problem accessing the site and I have Norton Security and Norton Safe Web. It is possible bu know idea if Kaspersky shares info from Norton on a block list. If Norton had blocked the site it maybe because of it's rating was declared unsafe. Norton Safe Site is something new. Do not use it as no longer does what I wanted in what it replaced.

Suggest delete any cookies for the site. Before trying again.
